Meditate & move
In this 4 week course we explore the depths of our bodies, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Using the movement of our spines, our breath and meditation we work though our challenges and aim to release that which no longer serves our highest good.
At the end of the 4 weeks you will;
Have a greater understanding of your body and its movements
Learn more about your nervous system and the amazing job it does in keeping us going
How and why control of our breath is so important for long term health and happiness
The basics of guided meditation and its impact in our daily lives
Class starts at 6.30 sharp until 7.30pm, once per week for 4 weeks
This class is open to all ages and backgrounds.
