1.The Chiropractor will sit with you and discuss your specific concerns in detail to fully understand what is happening and how it is affecting you
2.They will then do a series of tests to determine if chiropractic is the most appropriate form of treatment. If necessary, they may send you to get spinal X-rays to give a deeper understanding of your issues and to gather all of the important information.
3.From there, you will go away and the chiropractor will take the appropriate time to assess all of the information and compile a report to be discussed in depth with you at the second visit.

It depends on what you mean by “fix”. As a chiropractor, I look to not only remove your pain and discomfort, but also give you the tools to look after yourself and prevent you from getting sick or sore later down the track. Each person is different and will require a personalized treatment plan.

Most definitely! Chiropractic is very safe and helpful for all ages. New born babies may have misalignment of their spine following a traumatic birth. If uncorrected this may cause problems further down the track. Having an aligned spine allows for full and correct development.
Massage FAQ

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and avoid wearing any bulky jewellery. You will be asked to disrobe down to your underwear for your massage, so keep this in mind when planning what to wear.the information and compile a report to be discussed in depth with you at the second visit.

This depends on the type of massage and the depth of the strokes. A relaxation massage that doesn’t probe very deep into the muscles, shouldn’t hurt. With that being said, there is a ‘feels good’ hurt and an ‘ouch, stop it’ hurt. A good massage, even a really deep remedial massage, should always stay in the ‘feels good’ hurt range. The depth and pressure is always up to the client.
